Description: The UX Specialist is responsible for defining and managing the digital service delivery guide and digital service standards and overall user experience for digital services. Working with the Government's eServices for citizens the role requires a UX specialist with project manager sensibilities. You will be working on multiple projects at once.

Must Haves:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience as a UX designer. This should include some work in interaction design, service design, visual design, accessibility and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in design tools like:
    • Miro
    • Balsamiq
    • Mockflow
    • Visio
    • Illustrator
    • Figma
    • Optimal Workshop
  • Experience designing and facilitating Discovery Workshops and other UX-workshops
  • Experience designing and conducting user experience research and usability testing.
  • Experience conducting service maturity assessments and workshops.
  • Project management, communication and presentation skills, facilitation skills
