Jr. Call Centre Representative to support Billing Collections for our Insurance Client - 2269
Job Summary:
Offer excellent customer service to brokers and internal / external customers regarding the collection of premium payable directly to the company. Resolve discrepancies by working in collaboration with the underwriting and our brokers.
Location: Montreal (Hybrid 1 day in office + Special events)
Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension)
Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming calls and emails for Personal Lines & Commercial Lines
•Modify billing methods
•Modify banking information
• Transaction & application of credit card payments
• Reinstatement of cancelled policies based on approved guidelines
Must have skills
• Bilingual (French and English)
• 1-2 years’ experience in a call centre
• Ability to handle several tasks quickly and precisely in a proactive environment
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of basic Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of the General system (an asset)
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Precise and proficient typing skills Ability to adapt to change
