Description: |
Our post-secondary education client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to support various process transformation projects within their Student Information Systems program.
Projects include but not limited to: CRM and Admissions, Workday ERP (Student, Cashiering, and Financial Aid)
This is a permanent temporary role running till March 31, 2026. Hybrid working model: 2 days/week on-site in Vancouver.
Must-Have:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting business applications
- Experience with software implementation projects
- Experience with ERP implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), business process mapping and improvement/optimization
- Considerable knowledge of project management, quality assurance and change management disciplines
- Experience facilitating diverse groups to achieve an appropriate outcome; this is also a heavy client-facing role
Nice to Have:
- Experience in implementing Student modules on an ERP implementation project
- Experience in benefits realization management
