Int. Human Resources Business Partner to maintain employee records and support hiring processes for large banking client - 42530

Location: Laval (hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (possibility for extension or FT)
 
Must Have Skills:
  • 4+ yrs of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
  • Knowledge of benefit and pay-scale systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
 
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous Banking/Financial Industry experience
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the human resource records of an organization’s employees
  • Responsible for maintaining personnel documents as well as performing background checks, along with other employee-related activities
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Support HR manager with gathering necessary documents and paperwork for refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures
