Description: 2 Positions to Fill. Our valued public sector client is looking for 2 ERP Functional Analyst consultant specialized in Siebel to provide of the GCMS/eServices Portfolio.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
  1. Lead functional elaborations sessions/JADs between Business Experts and technical teams for the purpose of developing prescribed Siebel CRM System Use Case and Functional Design Documents that support Business Processes;
  2. Coordinate and integrate with other functional and technical teams running JAD sessions for other areas of the application including system interfaces, forms, and managerial/operational reporting;
  3. Coordinate information from JAD sessions to develop Business Process Models, Siebel CRM System Use Cases, Siebel CRM Functional Design Documents, Online Web application Functional Design Documents, Interface Functional Design Documents, and Adobe prepopulated and fillable form design documents;
  4. Provide recommendations on progress, direction, and process improvements to Senior Management on an as needed basis;
  5. Ensure the quality of functional design content from multiple teams into departmental COTS requirements management application;
  6. Coordinate COTS BI Tool user access and schema changes with developers, and create ad hoc reports; 
  7. Provide related briefings to Senior Management; 

 
Specialization and Skills:
ERP ERP functional consultant > 10 years
Priority Requirements: Demonstrate at least 10+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst working within an IM/IT environment. This experience must come from at least 2 separate projects. (Must-have)
Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience within the last 10 years (as of bid closing date), designing functional solutions in a Siebel CRM based application to meet business requirements. (Must-have)
Demonstrate cumulative experience using and configuring requirements Management suites
(such as MS Team Foundation Server, EASparx, IBM Rational Suite, etc.) to:

a) Manage system requirements; and
b) Manage change request and problem requests tickets. (Nice-to-have)
Demonstrate experience using a COTS BI analytical tool against business needs and system design databases. (Nice-to-have)
Experience in leading the evaluation of Siebel CRM to meet business and technical requirements, whether it is using existing pre-built functionality or alternate solutions. (Must-have)
Valid Secret Security Clearance (Must-have)
